I work with adults from mid-life to the end of life, with a special interest in supporting the elderly.
Heart and Hands is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and operates from the City Bowl to Fish Hoek.
I charge affordable rates for visits, and the cost is negotiated at the first assessment, depending on the needs, location and circumstances of the individual.
Unfortunately it is not possible to claim for my services from Medical Aid, as I am not an HPCSA Registered Counsellor.
I will work with any and all members of the client’s care team in the interests of the patient.
As many palliative care professionals incorporate spiritual care within their role as a doctor, nurse or social worker, I coordinate with them to buttress this important pillar of the Palliative Care Model in all they do for the patient.
